- Transaction Authorization: By initiating a payment on our platform, you authorize WhoPay to collect and settle funds according to your instructions.
- Fees: You agree to pay the transaction fees applicable to your account tier or billing schedule. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Users and merchants are responsible for resolving transaction disputes. WhoPay reserves the right to hold funds or debit accounts to satisfy chargeback liability.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial fraud.
- To sell or process payments for goods, services, or activities prohibited by law or banking card networks.
- To upload malicious software, interfere with security controls, or attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure.
4. Termination & Suspension
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WhoPay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
